High court to hear appeal in cadets plane crash case

Maine’s highest court will hear an appeal in a matter in which a Junior ROTC cadet was killed in a  2006  plane crash.  Aviation Attorney Jamie R. Lebovitz, Partner with Cleveland Ohio based law firm Nurenberg Paris, represents the family of Shannon Fortier who perished in the crash.
