Wrongful death lawsuit filed for aviation accident

The wife of a pilot who died in an aviation accident filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the air-cargo carrier according to The Columbus Dispatch.
The wrongful death lawsuit was filed after the National Transportation Safety Board announced that a maintenance error caused the aviation accident.
Two other men were killed in the aviation accident.
