Clinic settles Cleveland medical malpractice lawsuit

The Cleveland Clinic settled an Ohio medical malpractice lawsuit on a judicial technicality, according to the Cleveland Live.
The Cleveland medical malpractice suit claimed a child at the clinic was born with severe brain damage because the clinic failed to properly monitor the fetus and notice the child was in distress.
The amount awarded in the Cleveland medical malpractice case is unknown and a spokesperson for the clinic declined to comment on the situation.
